TLL makes every effort to ensure your order is received in tact by the delivery date.  Unfortunately, circumstances such as weather and transportation can affect actual delivery times.  Our products are delivered by 3rd party transportation (USPS), therefore we cannot guarantee exact delivery once the product has left our facility.  Physical delivery addresses are required and orders will not be delivered to P.O. Boxes.
